September 7, 2004 Sicily was an entirely differnt world, and you better believe it! The Sicilians will not be called Italians, they are very proud, and speak entirely different! I loved it! There was a strong support for the old USSR, the people we hung out with seemed very politically head-strong, and it was great hearing their points-of-view on things! Sicily has so much history, that it's hard to even keep up. Enjoy Messina and Palermo!
